While texting may be the #1 Road “No” rule, eating while driving is a close second. The body is distracted from digestion while driving (thankfully to pay attention to the road) so you likely don’t register the food internally as fuel, externally as satisfied or full. Tip: Eat before and after driving, even stopping if you need a quick bite
