If it’s music, listen to music as you work. If it’s your children, look at pictures of them throughout your day or plan a fun day out with them. If it’s a glass of wine, make sure to get what’s done on your to-do list today and have that glass of wine as your reward. Whatever it is that makes you happy when it’s cold and dreary outside, make sure to include that in your day today.
