Since the main point of a playroom is to have space to play, it is important to remove things off the floor. Use large boxes and bins on the periphery of the room in order to store toys. It also makes the space look much more organized. -

Sort and label when you organize the playroom: Kids can learn that items should go back to where they belong and by labeling bins they will be more likely to do so. If your kids are too young to read, use pictures on the outside of the boxes.
