I purchased the Digital LIfe.doc today. After downloading it, I navigated to the folder and opened one of the pdf file representing one of the sections. Is this the correct method to launch it—one pdf file at a time? Also, Adobe tells me that I cannot update and save my information. It indicates I can only update and print. What am I doing wrong?

Is there any chance there will be a digital pet.doc version to go with this? I have the original life.doc & pet.com, I’d love to switch to this to have updatable printed forms and would like to have the complete set

Is this comprehensive as to allow me to add our living trust documents, our will, birth certificates etc. If I take a look at it an it isn’t what I’m looking for can I get a refund?

still can’t view the images….unfortunate that so many of us are potentially interested in purchasing this product, but something as simple as not being able to view the actual product is preventing us from doing so! These comments date back from 2 MONTHS AGO & the issue is obviously still not fixed! I guess they really don’t want to sell this product.

Just purchased this today and I can’t seem to get it to download. I click the Download link and it takes me to a page where I enter my order number and email address. This displays the order I made. I scroll down and click the download link… where it takes me back to the SAME page where I enter the order number and my e-mail address. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong…
