    I tryed something pretty close to this tip. Yesterday I went on reading… and I couldn’t stop to fall asleep. Then I reprogramed my alarm when I started to feel sleepy – instead of trying to wake up at 6am, I put it to 8 am, so I could have 8 hours of sleep and get some rest. It was a lot easier to wake up and I felt rested.

    My hubby is in charge of the alarm. I’ve created a monster in him – introducing the snooze button. Now I’ve done all the research on “snoozing” but can’t get him to get on board with me. Thanks for the reminder. 😉
