    Are you opening the file in Microsoft Word? You must open it in that program.

    are you on a Mac? It’s not working for me, either, and I am not using Microsoft.  Maybe that’s it?  Downloaded it has the file extension .doc which is MS Word, I believe?

    I’m wondering how you’re supposed to store the drain cleaner. You can’t pre-mix it, so what do you put the label on?

    I was really excited about these, but I can’t seem to download them in either format. Microsoft just says page not found and pdf doesn’t do anything! I refreshed and tried again several times.
