Hollie’s 3 New Year’s Resolutions

I am determined to stick to my resolutions this year, so to help me do that, I am sharing them with you so you can help me stick with them!

I will give you updates and my progress. And please share your resolutions so I can help you stick with yours too!

1) Work out at least 3 times a week and keep track of calories-in / calories-out every day (I need to get in shape by end of March for my sister’s wedding in Hawaii!)
2) Drink less (limit 1 night/week)
3) Focus and appreciate the positive things in my life and less on the negative

    Dear Hollie, I will join you in trying to stick to our new year’s resolution; mine are similar to yours, i.e exercise minimum 3-times weekly, drink more water and track my food intake.

    So far this week, I’ve been to the gym twice and plan on going tonight after work and tomorrow. I’ve been keeping tracking of my calorie intake. I had 2 glasses of wine last night though, so I need to be more self-disciplines in that area. Let me know your progress so far!
