I am determined to stick to my resolutions this year, so to help me do that, I am sharing them with you so you can help me stick with them!
I will give you updates and my progress. And please share your resolutions so I can help you stick with yours too!
1) Work out at least 3 times a week and keep track of calories-in / calories-out every day (I need to get in shape by end of March for my sister’s wedding in Hawaii!)
2) Drink less (limit 1 night/week)
3) Focus and appreciate the positive things in my life and less on the negative
