Get Organized With Two New SMEAD Products

I was asked to try out the SMEAD Tuff Hanging Folder and New Heavy Weight Super Tab Folders and let our readers know what I thought.

The timing couldn’t have been more perfect. I just finished up a project and had to file really large files of paper. To file it all together would mead either a hanging folder that would collapse under the weight, or I’d have to break it out into two or three smaller files. But with the SuperTab® Oversized-Tab Folders I didn’t have to do that – I could really get organized and fit it all into just one folder that held! They came in different colors – Red, Yellow and Blue. If you like to color coordinate your files, this makes it handy (comes in 11 colors).

Plus the tabs fit on in a new and different way. No more bending and hoping you hit the right insert – these tabs are just placed on the folder and secure in position by aligning the tab notches in folder notches. The twist? You can actually slide these if you want to move them on the folder! I’d never used anything like that before but I really like the ease of use. Now if I file and want to change the tab location, it’s a breeze!

Then I focused on the SuperTab® Oversized-Tab Folders. It was so nice to be able to write in large letters for a change! The tabs are super long and if you needed to have a second line of text you could do that and still be able to read it! A great time saver for me! I can really get organized by writing the main topic and sub topic on the same tab. An organized person’s dream!
