One of my favorite chefs, Tamra Davis, has created a beautiful show about her experience preparing a healthy menu for the New York Soup Kitchen. She based her meal on basic items that they had in their pantry and whipped together a healthy, four star meal: pita chips and hummus, lentil soup, and apple crumble. Yum!
