    I agree that planning ahead is a must for any dinner. A nice tablecloth is essential for the occasion. Many people cannot afford to hire the tablecloths done up nor do they know how to starch and iron one. Starching your tablecloths is really easy to learn. Make a mixture of 1 part liquid starch to two parts water. Dip table linens in the starch and wring out as tight as possible and dry. When dry, sprinkle with water and roll up tightly. Place the table linens in a plastic bag and refrigerate for several hours. Remove one piece at a time and iron.
